Dusting sessions on the outside look like counselling sessions but because of the subtle layers on which they work, there is healing, rejuvenation and growth that happens for the client while they merely share their situations, experiences, and feelings in Minal’s presence. The name comes from the fact that we all carry unwanted emotions, thoughts and feelings that need to be shed but since we are not aware of them, they latch on to us like dust and they serve as an impediment to us seeing clearly or moving forward with confidence.
